Facilities
For film and photo shoots many rooms are available, including the ballroom, dining room, snooker room, study, bedrooms, etc. A floor plan is available on request. Externally there are three acres of mature gardens including a well planted lake.
The house has a 3-phase electricity supply, fast broadband, ample off-road parking, rooms for costume and makeup, and facilities for providing refreshments such as coffee and tea.
Rates
Our standard rates for a stills shoot (no filming) for 10-12 people on set and a 9 hour shoot day (8am - 5pm or 9am–6pm) are as follows:
£800 for Editorial
£1,000 for Advertorial
£1,000 - £1,285 for Advertising
We do not have a set rate for filming as crew size, shoot hours and impact usually vary. An estimate for filming work would be between the range of £1,030 - £2,575 per day.
